Good day to you,
We are pleased to announce this morning that COYOTE, our second album will be officially released in the UK on the 1st March 2010.
We have found a wonderful home at DellOrso Records, who have put a great team together to work on its release. Naturally we’re extremely grateful to all those involved, for their bounds of energy thus far, and are all now very happy that the album will finally get an official UK Release.
Thanks for your continuous curiosity in what we’re doing – and for all those concerned hopefully now you’ll finally be able to get hold of COYOTE on CD.
While all of this is going on, we’re also pleased to inform you that we’re pretty much half way through the 3rd album – that we’re recording at our studio. So for the first time ever it looks like we might have built some momentum, regarding a follow up release. Just like a normal band?
Thanks,
Go easy

We regret to inform you that we have had to cancel this weekends gigs in Manchester and at the Shambala Festival – this is due to Pixy Jones “doin’ ‘is ankle in”, whilst practicing his parkour (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parkour).
Mystery surrounds the incident, as the usually sure footed Jones, was not available to comment on the reasons surrounding his ‘fall from grace’.
My mate though, who knows Pixy’s trainer, Ralf, reckons he slipped on a turkey stick.
Apologies to all those who were going to attend – especially those we met at Greenman.
There’s some news regarding a UK release, that we’re all pretty happy about – I’ll keep you all informed when more solid details are available.
Thanks again for your interest in the band and the site.
WE’LL BE BACK, very soon.

Howdy,
Just to let everyone know, that we’re continually adding dates to our summer schedule, so please check this site, if you would like to see us live; as we’re getting offers from all over the UK.
Just confirmed today, the Super Furry Animals have asked us to support them, for one of their summer warm-ups, in Cardiff – 28th May.
The gigs littered around the upcoming months, i’m sure, will provide a welcome distraction, as we’re also busy in our studio, recording the even more difficult, 3rd album. We’re currently 3 tracks in – and despite sounding good, in our slightly hairy ears, we value the process of letting them breath for a while, adding things over time.
Seeing as our summer contains some festival action, the next album will more than likely contain the sounds of: half cooked noodles, hats with bells, rivers of sh*t, scousers (always), HIGH VIS, stripy legs, Gore Tex™, BBfuckinCcontemporarytalkers…
Big thanks to Lee, and everyone at Twist and Spout, for our inclusion in their festival plans – always a pleasure.
Take it easy

So i’m guessing that the telephone conversation, went something like this:
‘hmmm…not much sex appeal…maturing…can we make them look like hunks?’
‘Yes no problemo, see you Sunday’
SUNDAY
‘oh, i thought you said monks’
Big thanks to Mie Sorenson, who directed – http://www.myspace.com/grizzlyburrito
Rock on everybody.
